Biriyani masala

Green masala paste

20gMint leaves

20gCoriander leaves

Instructions
Step 1
Roast the spices, cool and grind it

Step 2
Grind the green masala paste

Step 3
In a pot add 150ml of oil, add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon

Step 4
Add onion and fry, half the way through add green chilli and cook the onion golden brown
Step 5
Add green paste till raw flavour goes
Step 6
Add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft
Step 7
Add beaten curd and cook, add water and salt
Step 8
Top up with mint leaves, coriander leaves, ghee and lemon juice. Close and cook on dhum for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Open and serve hot
