Instructions

Step 1
Start by finely dicing your shallots and mincing garlic into a bowl.
Step 2
Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, gochugaru, chili crisp, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat up some oil to 400F then pour it over all the sauces.
Step 4
Cook your udon noodles according to packaging.
Step 5
Mix udon in with the sauce and top with garnishes.
