Chicken mushroom soup

Instructions

Step 1
Boil 10 cups of water.
Step 2
Trim chicken fat. Chop chicken legs into 1 inch chunks. Separate wings into wings, drum and tips (or use all tips if leftover from before).
Step 3
Render chicken fat. Discard. Fry chicken on high until golden brown. Deglaze with cooking wine.
Step 4
Put water into pot. Cook on medium for 15min.
Step 5
Put mushrooms, turn heat to medium low and simmer for 25min.
Step 6
Put dates and goji berries. Season with 1 tsp of salt and white pepper powder. Simmer for another 10min.
Step 7
Opt: cook noodles and serve with noodles.
