Instructions
Step 1
Roast each ingredient separately, without oil, until fragrant, then remove and set aside
Step 2
Add 50g desiccated coconut with other ingredients, and 1 1/4 cup warm water into mixer
Step 3
Grind until fine, then add remaining 50g coconut and mix briefly, so that some of the coconut remains coarse
Step 4
Store for use in Mutton Xacuti recipe
