Instructions

Step 1
1. Put the rice on to cook

2. Chop the tofu and put it in a bowl then sprinkle flour over and roll it

3. Start the tofu cooking

4. Squeeze one orange into the cleaned tofu bowl with the fried stuff. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mirin/rice vinegar and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce

5. Once the tofu has cooked stir fry spring onions one clove minced garlic and a thumb of ginger minced with half a pepper and some baby corn
Step 6
6. And most of the sauce mix to the pan then add a tbsp of flour to a small amount of the sauce and mix
Step 7
7. Add the flour mix to the frying pan and reduce gradually, adding more water as necessary
Step 8
8. Add a handful of cashews to the sauce and serve
