Instructions

Step 1
Mix sugar, teriyaki sauce, and black garlic (smash and break up garlic). Add chicken, and marinate at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Melt butter in a hot skillet. Add garlic powder and mushrooms. Stir fry until soft. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Add chicken and marinade to skillet and cook until done.
Step 4
Once chicken is done, add mushrooms back in.
Step 5
Serve over Jasmine rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
