Ingredients

0.5 poundboneless skinless chicken breast
raw, cooked and shredded

0.5 lbcheese-filled tortellini
cooked al dente

½ cupmushrooms
sliced

1 cupfresh spinach leaves

1clove garlic
minced

1 cupalfredo sauce

½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese

salt
to taste

black pepper
to taste

fresh parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked tortellini, sliced mushrooms, fresh spinach, minced garlic, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
