Step 1
Finely chop ginger garlic onion and carrot. Sauté for a minute in some oil then add cabbage. Once softened make a well in the middle and add eggs if using. scramble and mix through once partially cooked. Meanwhile mix sugar, soy sauce, bouillon, water, optionally garlic powder, and sesame oil. Cook through eggs then add sauce and continue cooking until mostly absorbed. Serve over rice or on its own.
