Honeyed Peri Peri Halloumi salad

Step 1
CHop the potatoes into 2cm cubes and utinthe airfryer at 180 for 18 mins
Step 2
Slice the peppers and cut the halloumi in to slices
Step 3
Half the tomatos and chop in to chunks, add roughly chopped mint and the zest and juice from half the lemon
Step 4
When there is 10 mins remaining, shake the potatos and add the pepper
Step 5
Coat the halloumi with the peri peri seasoning and cook on a medium heat and fry until golden, when the halloumi is nearly cooked drizzlewith honey andcookforanother minute
Step 6
When the potatoes are cooked, dd them to the tomato mixture and serve with a salad and top with the honey Halloumi.
