Instructions

Step 1
Cook onion in olive oil. Add seasonings and tomato paste until onions are translucent. Add in ground beef, cook completely. Add in other vegetables, salsa and water. Mix well, cover with a lid, turn heat to low and let cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are soft. Top with cheese and cover until cheese is melted.
