Step 1
Season the beef mince with salt and pepper then roll into 8 equal-sized balls. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a medium heat, add the meatballs and fry for 5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally so that the meatballs brown evenly.
Step 2
Add the garlic and spices, fry for a minute then pour in the tomatoes, stock and orzo pasta. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat, cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked. Ladle into a warmed bowl and top with the feta and parsley.
