Instructions

Step 1
Potatoes: add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with salt and 1 Tbsp taco seasoning. Toss to coat. Spread on parchment paper and bake at 425 for about 30 minutes
Step 2
Taco Meat: add 1/2 tbsp olive oil and ground beef to pan over medium high heat. Add taco seasoning and salt. Brown ground beef until cooked through. Add 1/4 c beef broth and cook until thickened. Top with shredded cheese.
Step 3
Assemble: layer potatoes and top with taco meat. Drizzle nacho cheese. Top with favorite taco toppings and a dollop of sour cream.
