Instructions
Step 1
Place grounded meat in a bowl and loosen.

Add egg and herbs.
Step 3
Add breadcrumbs.

Mix well.

Taste to see if there are enough herbs in it.

If the grounded meat still sticks to your hands, add a little more breadcrumbs.

Make it into 8 balls.

I always flatten them a bit because then they cook faster.

Heat butter in the pan and let it become hot.

Place the balls in the pan and brown on both sides.

Then add some water and turn the gas down.
Step 12
Let them simmer for about 45 minutes.
