Step 1
Mash the bananas on a plate

Add the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom to the bananas, and mix well together.
Step 3
Mix in the whole grain flour and oatmeal, and lastly mix in the dark chocolate.
Step 4
Make the pancakes on the pan.
