500gFrying Pan Sourdough Pizza Mix
340mlwater
lukewarm
Topping
1tin tomatoes
1 Tbsptomato puree
1 tspgarlic granules
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 handfullfresh Basil
torn
30gvegan cheese
grated
Garlic Dip
Instructions
For the base
Step 1
Mix the dough mix and water together
Step 2
Knead on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes
Step 3
Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let prove in a warm place for 90 minutes. Meanwhile, make the topping
Step 4
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Heat the grill to high (about 180 c)
Step 5
Tip the dough out, cut in half and gently form 2 balls. Starting from the inside, press out until its the size of the frying pan, making sure to not work the crust

When hot, place the dough in the frying pan for 7 minutes. Add the toppings after 3 minutes and then at the end brush the crust with some more oil

Place under the grill for 7 minutes. Serve with the dip
For the topping
Step 8
Put all the sauce ingredients (not the basil or cheese) in a small saucepan and simmer for about 10 mins until the desired consistency
For the dip
Step 9
Melt the margarine, then mix in the other ingredients
