Instructions
Step 1
Dice, peel, and cube up potatoes. Coat in olive oil, season with seasonings in a mixing bowl.

Cut peppers and onions into chunks. Add olive oil and seasonings.
Step 3
Combine vegetables onto sheet pan
Step 4
Cut up smoked sausage. Throw onto sheet pan.
Step 5
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until sausage is nice and crispy and potatoes are cooked through.
