Instructions
Step 1
1) put taco shells on a sheet pan in the oven at whatever temp the package says on parchment paper
Step 2
2) in a cast iron pan, cook the ground beef on medium heat with chopped onions and seasoning (salt, maybe creole)while separating the meat into small pieces with a spatula, then drain and set aside
Step 3
3) chop the remaining onions and the tomato, put them in a bowl, squeeze half a lime into the bowl, and chop cilantro and add to the bowl, and stir it up. Set aside
Step 4
4) add 2 avocados to a bowl and mash them up, then cut up the remaining lime and squeeze both halves in. Add salt and garlic powder and stir to combine.
Step 5
5)add guacamole to the bottom of your taco shell, then add the ground beef, pico, cheese, and any extra onion or lime Joyce if wanted.
