juiced, one for the beans and one for the coleslaw
2chilis
finely chopped, one for the beans an one for the coleslaw
1 bunchcilantro
finely chopped, use half of it for the beans and half for the coleslaw
6garlic cloves
finely chopped, use three for the beans and three for the coleslaw
200gred cabbage
finely sliced for the coleslaw
200gwhite cabbage
finely sliced for the coleslaw
3 tablespoonmayonnaise
for the coleslaw
2mangoes
cubed, for serving
2avocados
sliced for serving
feta cheese
for serving
tortilla wraps
for serving
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the bean ingredients and serve. Do the same thing to the coleslaw ingredients and you are done!
