Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken breast with garlic and paprika and then place in the air fryer at 200C for about 16 mins or until fully cooked
Step 2
Chop peppers and onions into small pieces and add them to a pan with frylite over a medium heat and some more garlic and paprika seasoning. Add a little bit of water to the pan, mix and allow to saute & soften.
Step 3
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and shred it using a fork and then add this to the peppers and onions.
Step 4
The water should be starting to evaporate at this stage.
Step 5
Take the fajita wraps and dip one side of them into this liquid mixture in the pan (this will add flavour to the fajita wrap)
Step 6
Heat the oven to 180C and then take the fajita wrap and drape it over two bars of the oven rack to make the taco shells.
Step 7
Once they are hard, remove, add lettuce, chicken mix, sour cream and light cheese!
