Instructions

Step 1
Make the dough: in a bowl combine flour and yogurt. Form into a ball and knead until soft.
Step 2
Make the filling: combine mashed potatoes with cheese and seasonings
Step 3
Dide the dough into 2 parts
Step 4
Roll each part out into a circle 1 cm thick. Add half of potato filling in the center and gather the edges of the dough around the filling. Pinch together to seal. Flip and roll out to a disk shape.
Step 5
Pan fry on both sides until golden over medium high heat OR pop in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.
Step 6
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
