1 teaspoonbeef bouillon granules

1 tablespoonwater
hot

1egg

½ cupquick-cooking oats

⅓ cupbarbecue sauce

¼ cuponion
chopped

2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
or honey

1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

1 tablespoonprepared mustard

½ teaspoongarlic powder

¼ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonpepper

¼ teaspoonchili powder

½ tspsmoked paprika

1 lbground beef
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water.
Step 2
Stir in egg, oats, barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Add beef and mix well.
Step 3
Press into an ungreased 8-in. x 4- in. x 2-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and meat thermometer reads 165
Step 4
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
