Instructions
Step 1
Combine: butter, white sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix with beaters until blended.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, ½ tsp salt.
Step 3
Once the dry stuff is mixed in, add 2-3 yucky bananas and beat well. Add nuts/chocolate chips, etc. if desired.
Step 4
Grease and flour pans (or use paper muffin cups) depending on what kind of pan you’re using, bake 30 minutes at 350F (Muffins take less time, loaf takes longer.
