Instructions
Step 1
Add the nuts to a food processor and process for about 4 minutes . At this stage it should have formed a thick paste . I stop my processor to give it a break before starting again somit doesn’t over heat
roasted unsalted peanuts3 cups
Step 2
Process again on high for about 5 minutes and it should be smooth and creamy as the oil has been released . At this stage add in the rest of the ingredients . If you want it really spicy add scotch bonnet chillies or just add red chillies of your choice . Blend until we’ll combined then store in a sterilized container for up to 3 months
