Instructions

Step 1
1. Blend the cilantro, garlic cloves, onion, juice of limes, 4 tbsp water, salt, and pepper (as well as seasonings of choice).
Step 2
2. Top the chicken with the cilantro marinade.
Step 3
3. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 8 hours in the fridge.
Step 4
4. Add avocado oil spray to a grill pan.
Step 5
5. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
Step 6
6. TACOS: warm up 5 low calorie tortillas.
Step 7
7. Divide 5 ounces of chicken to the tortillas and top with 40 grams of avocado, onion, and cilantro.
