Ingredients
16 servings
1 lbground venison
2 tspolive oil
1yellow onion
1carrot
1 stalkcelery
1 Tbsminced garlic
1 ozparsley
1can tomato sauce
1can diced tomatoes
can kidney beans
1can great northern beans
32 ozbeef broth
1 tspsugar
1 Tbsdried oregano
1 Tbsbasil
1 Tbsthyme
1 Tbsmarjoram
1 cupditalini pasta
1 tspParmesean cheese
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook venison in a pot, drain and transfer venison to bowl.
Step 2
Saute veggies in same pot until soft.
Step 3
Slowly add broth, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, sugar, dried herbs, and beef. Simmer until veggies are tender.
Step 4
Cook ditalini.
Step 5
Add pasta and beans to soup and warm briefly. Then stir in parsley.
Step 6
Sprinkle in parmesean cheese and enjoy!
