14Tortillas

4 cupsshredded cheese

1Cream of chicken can

1Diced tomatoes can

20 ozgreen enchilada sauce

1 cupsour cream

1 lbchicken
cooked and shredded

canned chicken

1 lbground turkey
optional

14 ozdiced green chilies
drained

¼ tspgarlic powder

¼ tsponion powder

½ tspcumin

cilantro

Fresh tomato

Instructions
Step 1
Cook and shred chicken
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375
Step 3
Spray 9x13 pan
Step 4
In bowl mix diced tomatoes, cream of chicken green chilies, and seasonings.
Step 5
Add a spoonful of sour cream, a spoonful of meat, a handful of cheese, and 1/3 cup of sauce mixture inside each tortilla.
Step 6
Pour some sauce in the bottom of the pan.
Step 7
Roll tortillas and place seam down in pan.
Step 8
Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Step 9
Bake for 20 min
Step 10
Serve with sour cream, salsa, cilantro, chopped tomatoes, or avocado
