Instructions

Marinate beef

Step 1
Mix the beef marinade ingredients together in a bowl, then add and mix to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours
Step 2
Drain beef in a colander set over a bowl, reserve the marinade measure out 2 teaspoons of the marinade and set aside

Cook beef

Step 3
In a wok or large non stick frying pan, heat the oil over high heat. Once smoking add the beef. Ross for 2 1/2 minutes using 2 wooden spoons.
Step 4
Add the reserved 2 teaspoons of marinade. Shake the wok for good for 30 seconds until the beef caramelised on the outside. 3 mins cooking time total
Step 5
Put the beef immediately onto serving plate to rest for 3 minutes
