Preheat the oven at 200C

2. Fry the garlic onion, and carrot for 5 minutes or till the carrot is soft. add the beanprouts fry for 3 minutes.

3. Add vegetables to a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes. Add the ground chicken, egg, and seasoning, and blend again till well mixed.

4. In a bowl, mix the egg and milk.

5. Roll out the filo. Take one layer of fillo and spread the egg mixture on it. Place another layer of filo on top of the other layer and spread egg on it again.

6. Take a hand full of ground chicken and roll it into a sausage. Place the chicken on the filo. Do not place the chicken in the center, place it more to right or left so it’s easy to roll. Fold the top and bottom layer inside and roll up the chicken.

7. Spread egg on top of the roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8
8. Bake for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
