Step 1
Mash a ripe banana in a bowl then add almond milk and the juice of one lemon. Add the oats and ground flax seed and mix

Step 2
Chop pumpkin seeds and dates with the stone removed into smaller pieces then add that in with the coconut ground almonds and date syrup or sub sweetener of choice . Mix then pack into your bar mold . Push down firmly this makes around 8 seconds hen bake at 180 c fan /360 f for about 15 minutes or until they look golden and crunchy. Store in airtight containers to keep them crunchy .
