Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened. About 4 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in garlic and oregano; cook, stirring about 1 minute. Stir in spinach and cook until hot, about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove skillet from heat and stir in feta. Arrange pitas on baking sheet.
Step 5
Top with spinach mixture, spreading it to the edges. Bake until the pitas are crisp. 8-10 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle pizzas with mozzarella then bake until melted. About 3 minutes.
