Step 1
Cut cabbage in half and core, then shred into very thin strips. Heat oil in large pan, add cabbage and a splash of water. Steam and turn frequently adding frozen mixed vegetables after 5 minutes. Cook til tender. Add liquid aminos and rice vinegar to taste. Serve over rice. Top with a protein if desired.
