Instructions
Step 1
steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets till able to pierce with fork with a pinch of salt. Reserve the cooking water.
Step 2
Smash the garlic clove and mix with the remaining sauce ingredients along with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water.
Step 3
saute the broccoli and cauliflower in a little olive oil for a few minutes, then serve with the sauce.
