½ cuphemp seeds
½ cuppumpkin seeds
1.5 kilosspinach
2 kilococoa powder
½ cupsunflower seeds
½ cupalmonds
½ cupwalnuts
½ cupcashews
½ cupdried apricots
½ cupdried figs
½ cupdried dates
½ cupdried cranberries
½ cupdried cherries
½ cupdried goji berries
½ cupdried orange peel
20 glasseswater
1 kiloice
crushed
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the cocoa powder in 20 glasses of water for 5 minutes. Let it cool and chill it in the refrigerator.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together all the seeds, nuts, and dried fruits.
Step 3
Add the spinach to the mixture and blend it in a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Add the chilled cocoa powder to the mixture and blend it again until smooth.
Step 5
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Step 6
Serve chilled with crushed ice and enjoy!
