Vitamin C Kiwi Bomb Smoothie (drinkable)
This smoothie recipe is super high in vitamin C, strengthens your immune system and gets you through the cold winter months, easily. But it's also great for summer, as it's so refreshing. Perfect for any blender, as not much-frozen fruit is used, simply use 1 cup of milk, instead of the frozen ice cubes, if your blender can't crush them, or mini ice cubes. (2 big glasses)

Instructions
Step 1
Pour your milk of choice first into the blender. I'd suggest using 0.5 cup liquid soy milk, and the other pre-frozen in as ice cubes to make it little thicker and creamer (optional)
Step 2
As the second step, drop all (fresh) 6 kiwi's into the blender. As a whole, or you can spoon them in. Or just cut off the ends.
Step 3
Now its time to drop in the spinach.
Step 4
Toss the frozen mango chunks into your blender.
Step 5
Finally add frozen banana into the mix (optional)
Step 6
Blend all, until smooth. Start in a lower setting and push the ingredients down with a blender. Then work your way up to a higher setting for about 30-60 seconds. Tadaaaa! :)
