Berry baked oats
Prepare Berry baked oats according to recipe instructions below.
Enjoy one serving with the Greek yogurt.
Store the remaining three servings in an airtight container in the fridge for later in the week.

Ingredients
4 servings

0.1 ozOlive oil spray
2 x two-second spray

1 cupoats
Old fashioned, rolled

2Banana
small

½ cup1% milk
1 ½ TbspPeanut butter reduced sugar salt

1 tspVanilla extract

1 tspBaking powder

1 cupFrozen blueberries
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an ovenproof baking dish (8-inch x 8-inch).
Step 2
Add oats, banana, milk, peanut butter, vanilla and baking powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an ovenproof dish and add the blueberries evenly over the top.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and cut into four equal servings.
