1 kilococoa powder
1 kilospinach
2 cupsegg whites
1 cupunsweetened almond milk
½ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
½ cupunsweetened applesauce
½ cupunsweetened shredded coconut
½ cupunsalted cashews
½ cupunsalted almonds
½ cupunsalted walnuts
½ cupunsalted pumpkin seeds
½ cupchia seeds
unsalted
½ cupblackberries
½ cupraspberries
½ cupflax seeds
10 glasseswater

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, cocoa powder, egg, and applesauce. Mix well.
Step 3
Add the shredded coconut, cashews, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, blackberries and raspberries. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the mixture is set.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 7
Cut into 16 equal pieces and serve.

Step 8
In a large pot boil water add cocoa powder and stir occasionally. Blend spinach and add to the cocoa powder mixture. Let cooldown and refrigerate until cold. Add crushed ice to every glass serving. Serve cold or chilled.
