Instructions
Step 1
Peel beetroot then chop it and add to a blender . Should be about 200 grams . Add 100 ml of water then blend to a purée

Add the purée to a bowl with coconut sugar and yeast and stir . Add flour and salt then mix until it’s a shaggy dough then add olive oil and knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth if the dough is very stick add a little more flour

Step 3
Shape dough into a ball cover with a damp tea towel and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours
Step 4
Punch down the dough divide into 6 then roll into balls and roll out into little circles . Place on a lined baking tray and cover for 1 more hour
Step 5
Optional - Brush the breads with water and sprinkle seeds of choice on top then bake at 150 c / 300 f for 20 minutes . Let cool and enjoy .
