Instructions

Step 1
Method: Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. In a glass meal prep container add your rice, chicken, capsiums, onion, fajita seasoning and then the stock. Mix until everything is well combined. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked. I covered this with alfoil halfway through baking to stop the top from getting burnt. Let cool and store in the fridge! Optional: when serving add sliced avocado and sauce of your choice! Enjoy 🀀 Calories: 458 Protein: 46g
