Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chopped onion and ground beef until it's softened and browned all over.
Step 2
Pour the tomato sauce and beef stock into the pan, and add the dried herbs and seasoning. Bring it to the boil, then simmer it for 30 mins, until the liquid has reduced.
Step 3
Cook the lasagna sheets in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
Step 4
Mix the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, fat-free ricotta, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
Step 5
Place a layer of lasagna sheets, then tomato and meat sauce, and then mixed cheese in an oven dish. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining mixed cheese evenly over the top layer of the lasagne.
Step 6
Place a wire rack on the 3rd level of the oven, and then tap "Send to oven" to preheat it.
Step 7
Once you hear a beep, place the food in the oven. Bake, then serve with a few leaves of parsley.
