Deets below! 🧀YOU’LL NEED:⁣ 1 pound shredded and cooked chicken breast⁣ 4 cups butternut squash (can buy pre-cut)⁣ 1/2 cup parmesan cheese⁣ 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese⁣ Optional goat cheese to top⁣ 1 tbsp minced garlic⁣ 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese⁣ 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt⁣ Option seasonings (Italian, salt, pepper)⁣ ⁣ 🧀HOW TO:⁣ 1. Sauté butternut squash over medium heat in an oiled oven-safe pan for 10 minutes or until cooked through⁣ ⁣ 2. Add all other ingredients (chicken last) and combine thoroughly. Stir continuously until cheese is fully melted.⁣ ⁣ 3. Top with a little more cheese, then put in oven with Broiler on for 5 minutes or until bubbling.⁣ ⁣ Serve hot and enjoy! Makes 2-3 servings.
