White Chocolate & Raspberry Overnight Oats
White Chocolate & Raspberry Jam Overnight Oats 🩷 a creamy oat base with a jammy layer of raspberries and a white chocolate shell to finish

Recipe:
40g jumbo oats
20g vanilla or any flavour vegan protein
200ml almond milk
Chia jam:
1tsp chia seeds
50g frozen raspberries
Optional: add sweetener
White chocolate shell:
10g white chocolate
1/2tsp coconut oil
Method:
Combine oats, protein and milk in a dish and mix well.
Microwave raspberries and chia seeds for 60-90 seconds. Can add a drop of water if it needs it. Spread on oats.
Melt chocolate and oil and drizzle on top. Leave in fridge overnight or minimum 2 hours.
