Instructions

Step 1
Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the stem.
Step 2
Place the bell pepper on a baking tray and bake for about 25-30min at 200 degree upper-/lower heat until the peel turns dark.
Step 3
Cook the bulgur according package instructions.
Step 4
Mince the parsley and cranberries.
Step 5
Peel the bell pepper halves. Dice the bell pepper.
Step 6
Add all the ingredients to a bowl accept for the hummus and mix well.
Step 7
Spread the front center of one tortilla wrap with 1tbsp hummus.
Step 8
Top it with half the bulgur salad.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Repeat with the other tortilla wrap.
Step 11
Roast both burritos on all sides in a pan. Enjoy!
