Pulled Jackfruit
4 steps

This is one of my go-to super quick and easy recipes. It's a great alternative to pulled pork and it can be used as part of a burrito bowl, a pizza topping, or to top some dirty fries! The possibilities are endless!

Instructions
Step 1
Heat some oil in a frying pan

Step 2
Drain the water from the tinned jackfruit and shred the jackfruit with two forks.

Step 3
Put the drained jackfruit into the pan with the hot oil and add the seasonings to taste (cajun seasoning, paprika and salt). Stir to combine all of the ingredients.

Step 4
Stir at regular intervals to ensure that the jackfruit doesn't stick to the pan or burn. Fry until the jackfruit crisps up a little (usually about 15 minutes). Feel free to adjust the temperature of your cook top. I usually cook mine on a medium-high heat
