Instructions

Step 1
Add oil, chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to large pot over medium high heat.
Step 2
Turn heat down to medium once chicken is cooked and add mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, ginger and soy sauce.
Step 3
Add broth and let simmer
Step 4
In a separate large pot bring water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to directions on bag.
Step 5
Add noodles to pot with chicken and vegetables once cooked and serve.
