Step 1
1.Begin by cubing the salmon and placing it in a bowl.

2.Marinate the salmon with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cajun seasoning, and the juice of 1 lime.

3.Air fry the salmon for 12-15 minutes at 390ºF until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

4.While the salmon is cooking, prepare the crema by blending together 3 tbsp of Greek yogurt, 1 jalapeño, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of salt, and the juice of 1 lime until you achieve a smooth consistency.

5.Assemble the bowl with the coconut rice at the bottom, cooked salmon, and corn salsa. Finish off by drizzling the lime crema over the top or serving it as a dipping sauce.
