One pan creamy chicken and bacon with crispy potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes then season with salt, pepper and drizzle over 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Step 2
2. Air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C

3. Fry the bacon until crispy then set aside
Step 4
4. To a pan add onions and fry until soft
Step 5
5. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika then fry until golden. Set aside.
Step 6
6. To the pan add chicken stock, cream, mustard, garlic, parmesan and kale. Simmer for 5 minutes then add back in the chicken, pop the lid on and simmer for a further 10 minutes
Step 7
7. Take the lid off and serve with the potatoes!
