Instructions

Step 1
Add oil in kadai and heat it a bit Add the chopped onions in the kadai and fry till they are slightly golden Add turmeric powder and chili powder and mix well Add chopped tomatoes and a bit of salt and cover with a lid occasionally checking
Step 2
Break 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them Add the eggs to the mix when the tomatoes are mashable Stir it a bit and then cover the kadai with the lid and occasionally stir it Once cooked properly add the coriander and mix it Then turn off the flame and let sit for some time
