Instructions

Step 1
1๏ธโƒฃTo make the dressing, in a bowl combine, mayo, soured cream, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil and gochujang paste. Mix well๐Ÿฅ„
Step 2
2๏ธโƒฃIn a large bowl, add shredded red cabbage, carrots, white cabbage and spring onions. Mix well. Pour the dressing over the veg. Mix well. Set aside for later.
Step 3
3๏ธโƒฃAdd rapeseed oil to a pan over medium heat๐Ÿ”ฅ Sautรฉ garlic until fragrant ๐Ÿง„ Add gochujang paste, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Mix well. Add some water to thin out the sauce. Add honey and bring to a simmer๐Ÿ”ฅ

4๏ธโƒฃ In the meantime, cook the burger according to pack instructions.

5๏ธโƒฃ Once the burger has cooked, add the burger to the pan and coat evenly in the sauce๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
Step 6
6๏ธโƒฃ Toast the brioche buns, to assemble the burger add some Korean Slaw to the base, top with the Gochujang Chik'n Burger, sprinkle with sesame seeds then press down the bun lid๐Ÿ”
