3 TbspMayo
2 TbspSoured Cream
1 tspRice Vinegar
1 tspToasted Sesame Oil
1 tspGochujang paste
50gRed cabbage
50gCarrot
50gWhite cabbage
3Spring Onion
finely chopped
Gochujang Chik'n Burger
Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣To make the dressing, in a bowl combine, mayo, soured cream, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil and gochujang paste. Mix well🥄
Step 2
2️⃣In a large bowl, add shredded red cabbage, carrots, white cabbage and spring onions. Mix well. Pour the dressing over the veg. Mix well. Set aside for later.
Step 3
3️⃣Add rapeseed oil to a pan over medium heat🔥 Sauté garlic until fragrant 🧄 Add gochujang paste, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Mix well. Add some water to thin out the sauce. Add honey and bring to a simmer🔥
Step 4
4️⃣ In the meantime, cook the burger according to pack instructions.
Step 5
5️⃣ Once the burger has cooked, add the burger to the pan and coat evenly in the sauce🌶️
Step 6
6️⃣ Toast the brioche buns, to assemble the burger add some Korean Slaw to the base, top with the Gochujang Chik'n Burger, sprinkle with sesame seeds then press down the bun lid🍔
