Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion, garlic and sausage in olive oil over medium heat in a cast iron skillet until slightly browned and softened.
Step 2
Cook gnocchi according to directions, reserving around 1 cup pasta water.
Step 3
Add gnocchi to skillet and add pesto, 1/2 to 3/4 cup pasta water, parmesan and cream and stir to combine. Add extra water if needed to thin sauce.
Step 4
Serve with steamed veggies and enjoy!
