Step 1
With a paper towel, gently remove any excess water from the tofu.
Step 2
Next, slice your tofu (4cm width).
Step 3
Crack an egg and season with salt. Whisk. Drop a piece of tofu slice and coat it with the egg mixture.

Heat up your pan. On medium heat, drizzle oil and fry your tofu slices.
Step 5
Flip, fry until golden brown and set aside.
Step 6
On the same pan, toss in your pork belly slices.
Step 7
While it's cooking, make your sauce. Mix together 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic.

Step 8
Add the sauce over the pork belly. Mix.
Step 9
Once it's all cooked, turn off heat.
Step 10
With a musubi maker tool, add rice and flatten. Should be about 6-7cm thickness.
Step 11
Add tofu slices, then pork belly slices on top. Top off with chopped fresh chili.
